Where to Play:
Tonight is NHL night in the DFR Circuit, but you can certainly still play daily fantasy basketball on sites like DraftKings! If you didn’t have Stephen Curry or Monta Ellis last night, you probably didn’t have the best night in the world. The good thing is today is a new day, and we can look ahead to what should be a much lower scoring night.
Picks of the Night:
Kobe Bryant – He seems to always play well against the Timberwolves, and has really stepped up his play recently as the Lakers have actually strung a few wins together. You’re definitely going to have to pay for him, but with only so many points to go around on the night, you might need Kobe to win. ($10,300 DraftKings)
Paul George – It’s really hard not to pick George at home, plain and simple. He fills the stat sheet every game and will be seeing more time at the SG, which I think only helps. Granger is still on a 20 minute limit and he hasn’t effected George’s production at all. ($8,700 DraftKings)
Chris Paul – Hasn’t had a really good daily fantasy game since before the all-star break. Chances are that should change tonight, in a game I think the Clippers really want to win and will show up for. The Pacers are definitely a great defensive team, but CP3 should be able to take full advantage of George Hill. ($8,100 DraftKings)
Ian Mahinmi – With Roy Hibbert suspended for the scuffle with GS, Mahinmi will be forced to step in and start at center. He plays with great energy and should make for a great value play tonight. ($3,300 DraftKings)
Mickael Gelabale – Yes, I know, he’s old and not that good at basketball, but it looks like he will be starting for the injured Andre Kirlenko and should be in line for at least 20 minutes. This is definitely not a safe play, as he has laid some duds when filling in for Kirlenko earlier this year, but he could be a nice option on a night with only three games. ($3,000 DraftKings)
